Diplomacy with Lehmark

The office of the Consul, being approached by the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Empire of Lehmark, has successfully negotiated a treaty to promote cooperation in political and economic affairs.
The treaty is now before the Council of Governors for approval, after which it will be presented to the Chamber of Deputies for ratification.
