The Constitution is the supreme law of Delvera. It outlines the structure, roles, and limitations of the national government.

The Cabinet
Delveran government consists of the offices of Consul, President, and Ministers of State, Commerce, Justice, and the Interior, as well as secretaries and executive officers of various departments.
The Consul is head of the executive branch. The Consul is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the confederal government's operations, appointing the Supreme Commander of the Delveran Armed Services and also has the power to create Executive Departments and appoint Ministers to oversee them.
The President is responsible for presiding over the Chamber of Deputies, which is the legislative branch of Delveran government, and provides leadership over the legal processes of the confederal government.
The Ministers are heads of Executive Departments created by the Consul. They are responsible for carrying out the duties associated with each ministry, and may choose undersecretaries to aid them in these duties. These responsibilities include tasks such as handling diplomatic relations (Ministry of State), overseeing the national treasury (Ministry of Commerce), managing the national infrastructure (Minstry of the Interior), and investigating allegations of criminal activity in government (Ministry of Justice). All but the Ministry of Justice are currently administered by the Consul.
