The Consulate announced today that is currently working on the creation of a booklet which will outline the roles and responsibilities of all Confederal officials of the Grand Republic.
This booklet will compile information from all Delveran laws and Consular Decrees into a singular resource which will be organized by official position. The Consul hopes that the publication of this booklet will allow interested Delverans to more easily understand and participate in the government of the Grand Republic of Delvera.

The Chamber of Deputies met on Saturday, August 1 and approved the 2019-2020 financial report as well as the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The next meeting will be held on Saturday, September 12 at 8 PM. The deadline for new bill submission is September 5. The 2020 Consular Election was held on July 11th, with voting commencing at 9am. Hannah Callahan was elected consul by a narrow margin, and Jordan Brizendine was elected president.
The Chamber of Deputies convened and confirmed the results of the election on that same evening, shortly after the polls closed at 9pm. Both Consul Hannah Callahan and President Jordan Brizendine were then sworn in at 12:30pm of July 12th, at the close of the Delveran Heritage festival. A bill nominating Dylan Callahan, Hannah Callahan, and Casey Pemberton for awards has passed the Chamber unanimously. The awards will be presented at the Delveran Heritage Festival in Clarksburg on July 11th.

Many of those making public comment are within the macronational jurisdiction of the United States, and many are not.
"It is the policy of my administration to execute my duties in the advancement of Delvera's interests, and to only share my personal opinions with those in my personal sphere. In any and all cases of micronational interest, I am committed to providing lawful administration and expedient care in discharging my duties and providing leadership where needed. The duty and leadership role of the office of Consul does not extend in any way, shape or form into making public comment on macronational affairs which do not affect the micronation or our political personhood. It is only with respect, and not with any sense of chastisement, that I call upon micronational leaders now and in the future to consider with great care the expediency and pertinence of public comment on matters beyond the scope and plane of their leadership. The Balanced Budget was passed unanimously. The Amendment to Eliminate the Council of Governors was passed unanimously. The Provincial Election Amendment was amended to remove mention of provincial governors, in accordance with the newly-passed Amendment to Eliminate the Council of Governors, and was then unanimously passed as amended. The Remuneration Act Amendment was passed unanimously. The Power of the Purse Act Amendment was passed unanimously. The Amendment to Resolution 2017.1 was passed unanimously. The Capital City Bill Amendment was passed unanimously. The Stated Meeting Amendment was passed unanimously. The Legislative Gazette for 2019, compiled by Deputy Brizendine, was presented to the Chamber. Finally, the Chamber set the date of the next meeting for 8pm on June 20th. On May 6th at 6:00pm, the government and people of the Province of Neosho agreed to immediately dissolve and cede citizenship and territory to the Province of Ozarkana. Officials within the Triumvirate, the governing body of Ozarkana, were called into session immediately and quickly acted to accept the act of the Neoshan Cession.
