The new Delveran ID cards have arrived and are presently en route to those who ordered them. A partial and voluntary re-order has been placed due to minor cosmetic errors, with reprint fees being voluntarily paid by the recipients so that no undue cost is shouldered by the Treasury, but otherwise the ID cards are an excellent token of citizenship and pride in our community and we look forward to those reprints being distributed.
Reminder: We are accepting coin designs for a 1 oz. copper coin submitted by December 15th. Please send to consul@delvera.org
The design must include inscriptions bearing the name “Grand Republic of Delvera” and the copper content of the coin. The artistic design itself ought to lend to the cultural symbolism of Delvera. Likewise, the name of the coin, whether mundane and technical or artistic and cultural, should describe itself. The coin will be available for exchange of curo banknotes at the rate set by law, as well as for wholesale at a higher return rate for the Treasury. NOTE: Direct sale of coins will be priced at a premium so as to encourage investment in the Delveran economy and to discourage trivialization of the coin as simply a bullion piece, though it will be of investment grade and composition. The Amendment to the Remuneration Act was passed unanimously.
